With over thirty five years of business experience, Mike shares his passion for leadership and personal growth with individuals, teams and organizations

His coaching and facilitation style is creative and challenging, assisting others to discover new insights about themselves and their capabilities. He works with executives at key transition moments in their careers, helping them to set up for future success.

He embarked on his personal leadership journey in the highly competitive world of marketing and advertising. For over 20 years, he held a series of executive and C level roles for an American multinational communications company.

In the last 15 years, he has focused on coaching individual leaders and executive teams in a wide variety of industries and professions. He has earned a reputation as a results oriented coach who strives to challenge his clients to achieve superior levels of leadership performance.

In the past few years Mike has:

  • Has coached executives across a broad range of Australian and International businesses and positions, including, ANZ, Boral, BCG, CBA, Ernst and Young, Multiplex, Melbourne Water, NSW Government, Telstra and Westfield.
  • Led the coaching team for the NAB Enterprise Leadership Program, working with the top 250 executives from the NAB group worldwide.
  • Has coached board and C suite teams in a variety of sectors.
  • Facilitated leadership programs for IAG, IBM, Medibank, Q Super, CQ University, NSW Government and the University of Southern Queensland.
  • Has coached high potential leaders as they develop their leadership capability.

He was educated in the UK and has an honors degree in English literature. He is currently undertaking a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

He has served on the Boards of the Alzheimer’s Association, Lifeworks and the Eating Disorders Foundation of Victoria. He is currently Vice President of PS My Family Matters.

Mike is married to Annie. They have two children, George and Grace, both at Uni. Mike lives in the Macedon Ranges, where he enjoys mountain bike riding. [I’m a much better coach than I am a rider!]
